All orders shipped from the UK to EU  will be  subject to duties and taxes  due to Brexit.
All these orders may incur customs and import fees. Please get in touch with you local customs and be advise before you purchase. All import customs duties for international shipping are the responsibility of the customer.



All orders are dispatched in 1-2 business days, We offer  free UK express shipping.

Europe and UK: 1-2 days via DHL

Rest of the world: 5-7 days via DHL

Please contact if your order has not arrived within the above-mentioned time frame. Kindly note that at times delays can occur due to customs clearance which are beyond our control. All orders are subject to verification for security reasons. We reserve the right to cancel any orders that do not pass verification and security at our end.

Taxes and duties:

All prices on are exclusive of tax and duties. Please note that you will be responsible for import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country if your order has been placed from outside the UK or the European Union.
Customs, duties, and taxes vary from country to country, please check with your local customs agency for details and estimated costs. When the package has reached  your country you will be contacted by  you local DHL informing you about the taxes and duties you are responsible to pay. For all UK customers the VAT will be added at the checkout. 


We offer free international returns. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you have 14 days from receiving your order to arrange your exchange or refund. Inside the package you will find the rerun labels. Please read through the instruction there and book a pick up with DHL or contact us at info@joripapa. You will receive two copies of the label, one should be printed and attached to the package and the other, titled “waybill doc”, should be handed to the courier.  If you are returning item(s) internationally a commercial invoice may be supplied. You will find this inside the package.  If so, please sign it and ensure this is also attached to the outside of the package. Use the self-adhesive envelope we provide inside the box.  Your item must be in the original packaging.  When trying on shoes, please take care to stand on a carpeted surface to protect the sole of the shoes. We cannot accept returns on shoes with damaged soles and upper leather. Please return all items including the shoe box and dust bag, otherwise, it will not be accepted.


Once your return is received and checked, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 business days.
